Provision of Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) System

Warwickshire Police has a requirement for a Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) System to support the effective management and maintenance of Estates assets. We are looking for a system that can achieve the following:

• oProvide rapid (real-time) processing of information and maintenance tasks;
• oImprove effectiveness, efficiency and control of assets;
• oSupport cost control and achieving value for money;
• oProvide accurate and easily accessible reporting;
• oProvide full accountability and auditability;
• oSupport in achieving our sustainability goal.

The contract shall be for an initial period of 2 year(s) with an option to extend for up to 2 x 12 month extensions.
