The intention of this contract is to provide Tenancy Management for the SHALD project. The scope will include:
| • | Support to mobilise the operational service model. |
| • | Tenancy management |
| • | Customer Care |
| • | Rent, Service and Ancillary Charges Collection and Arrears Recovery (any actual rental loss will be borne by the Council). |
| • | Lettings and Terminations |
| • | Periodic Fixed term tenancy reviews |
| • | Reporting, Monitoring and Tenant Engagement/Consultation Requirements |
| • | ICT Requirements |
| • | Service and any ancillary charge setting (assistance and expertise in helping the Council setting up initial charges and part or full furnished tenancies would be required) |
