| • | Develop a place brand for Southend-on-Sea, and |
| • | Develop and deliver a new shared website to replace www.visitsouthend.co.uk (www.visitsouthend.co.uk) |
The output required is a statement of the cost of developing a new place brand and a new shared website plus mock-ups
