The Council wishes to engage with the Provider to commission the relevant qualified personnel to carry out Occupational Therapy assessments in line with the Care Act 2014 and all other appropriate legislation and guidance to support the Council's Occupational Therapies and Assistive Technology to discharge their statutory duties.
