DCHSFT wish to procure a supplier to act as a returning officer for the trust to deliver the election process for the period from production of promotional materials to the election results for the Trust to comply with Rule 69
Introduction
Derbyshire Community Health Services NHS Foundation Trust is required to have a Council of Governors, which shall comprise both elected and appointed governors.
The members of the Council of Governors, other than the appointed members, shall be chosen by election by their constituency.
Elections for nominated members of the Council of Governors shall be conducted in accordance with the Department of Health Model Election Rules.
Any company wishing to participate in the bidding to the Elections Office needs to e-mail Melvyn.tagg@nhs.net with name and address and contact details for a tender to be sent to them selves by the end of January 2019.
