description
The client requires the gents toilets which contains 1 toilet cubicle, 2 sinks, 2 urinals and 1 shower refurbishing, this includes:
Ceiling:
Carefully remove and dispose of the existing ceiling tiles and ceiling grid and dispose of accordingly. Supply and install new white ceiling grid and ceiling tiles to the main WC and provide plastic faced tiles to the shower area.
Lighting:
Remove and dispose of the existing lighting. Provide and install new IP65 rated lights, all lights to be point for point connections. Replace Shower:
Isolate, remove and dispose of the existing shower unit. Break into the existing drain to the shower area. Raise the existing sunken shower tray and supply and install a new preformed tray and connect accordingly. Supply and install a new 9kW shower unit and drop-down shower stool.
Vanity Unit:
Isolate, drain and remove the existing sinks and taps. Strip back and remove any associated redundant pipework. Supply and install new MFC vanity unit. Carefully remove and dispose of the existing cubicle and supply a new MFC cubicle with door inline.
Extract:
Remove and dispose of existing extract and install new unit to the shower area only.
Hand Dryer:
Remove and dispose of hand dryer and replace with new air blade (or equivalent model)
Walls/Decoration:
Supply and install whiterock panels up to ceiling height. Finish with edging/joint strips.
Sanitary ware:
Isolate, drain, remove and dispose of the existing toilets/sinks/urinals. Supply and install new 2 recessed sinks with mixer taps, 1 close coupled WC and 2 new
waterless urinals and associated coper pipework.
Vinyl Flooring:
Prepare the existing floor as required. Supply in install self-levelling compound, cap and cove skirting detail and new polysafe standard vinyl flooring. All joints to be fully welded.
Clarifications:
All works to be done in working hours. Site working hours are 8.00 - 15.30. All on site procedures to be followed. All waste to be taken off site.
