NHS Dorset Clinical Commissioning Group with the Borough of Poole Council is considering jointly commissioning a parent support service for parents across Bournemouth, Dorset and Poole to support parents. This service will need to work alongside existing provision across Dorset, Bournemouth and Poole to ensure an effective and joined up approach that meets local need and current gaps in provision.

We are considering a number of different service models and wishes to conduct a market sounding exercise to determine the interest in the draft specification and to engage in a dialogue with specialists in the market to refine and improve the service model. Participant in the exercise may also offer alternative service models which may offer greater efficient, effectiveness at a lower cost for the CCG to consider
