Fire Remedial Works at Longfield Court, Whitstable

Canterbury City Council wishes to select and appoint a suitable supplier for the undertaking of Fire Remedial Works at Longfield Court, Whitstable and invites tenderers to submit a tender to meet the Council's requirements.

It is a condition of the Invitation to Tender that all contractors attend an accompanied site visit on Friday 3 January 2025 at 10:00 a.m. Any contractor who does not attend the site visit will be disqualified from the tender process (see 2.2.6 for further details)

The Contract is anticipated to commence March 2025 and will continue as specified (unless terminated early in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract.
