93742 - Provision of New Sports Hall, Demolition Works, Minor Refurbishment of Existing Rooms in School - Kings Norton Boys School

Acivico Ltd, acting on behalf of Birmingham City Council is seeking to appoint organisations for the Design & Construction of New Build Sports Hall, demolitions of existing sports and temporary classroom Minor refurbishment of existing rooms within school.

To demolish the existing sports hall and construct and erect a new building in alternative location comprising single storey steel framed building externally enveloped using lightweight insulated cladding system to walls and roofs including lightweight infill framing (SFS) to walls.

The Council will be using its e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this procurement process and providers must register with the system to be able to express an interest.
