New build housing scheme at Highams close, consisting of 6 new dwellings- 2 no. 4 bed semi-detached houses and 4 no. 4 bed detached houses. With associated hard and soft landscaped areas, below ground drainage and adopted highways works. Works include:

• oSite strip and demolitions with adjustments to levels
• oAdjustment to storm/surface drainage
• oAdjustment to existing services
• oNew incoming services
• oTrench fill foundation and contractor designed floor slab
• oNew pitched roof, canopies, dormers, fascia, soffits and rainwater goods
