description
Bolsover District Council invites quotes in respect of legionella remedial works on both Housing and commercial type properties. The Council as part of its ongoing compliance with the ACOP L8 the Control of Legionella undertook, with its appointed water treatment specialists, risk assessment reviews of its properties where applicable during 2014. Based on the findings of these reviews the Council is looking to appoint a contractor or contractors to undertake remedial repairs/actions as recommend in the risk assessments. The Council envisages that there will be two “lots” of work for both “mechanical” and “cleaning” types of work with contractors able to quote on either or both lots depending upon proof of expertise within the different fields.
