Framework for the provision of Building Regulations Principal Designer services in support of the University's Capital Programme and wider estates function
Following the introduction of the Building Safety Act, to ensure that the University are meeting their statutory requirements, there will be a requirement for the University to ensure appointments are in place for the role of Building Regulations Principal Designer on projects where this role is required.
