BPSQ 040 - Legal advice - City Centre Development Scheme, Birmingham - AWARD

Birmingham Property Services is seeking legal advice in relation to a city centre development scheme in Birmingham

The contract will be for a period of 2 years with the option to extend for a further 1 year subject to funding being available and progress with mediation and will commence on 28 August 2018.

Award will be based on the evaluation criteria stated in the quotation pack.
