Lift Servicing & Maintenance

The primary element of the Contract will be to carry out cyclical servicing and responsive maintenance to passenger lifts at specified sites. The Supplier will be required service the lifts in line with an Employer defined programme. Additionally, the Supplier will be required to provide responsive maintenance to include an emergency call out service to respond to, and remedy, any breakdowns.

Bedfordshire Pilgrims Housing Association Ltd (bpha) was established in 1990 when the tenants of North Bedfordshire Borough Council voted to transfer their homes to a new, not-for-profit housing association.

In October 2013, the organisation became known as bpha Limited and the company continues to grow and diversify its services for a wide range of customers, including key public sector workers and others looking for low cost home ownership.

Today bpha is a mature association that manages over 17,000 homes and employs more than 300 staff. Since 1992, it has helped more than 5,000 families into home ownership and currently manages more than 1,000 shared ownership properties.
