Electronic Care Planning System - Market Consultation

Portsmouth City Council (PCC) is planning to purchase a secure web hosted solution and associated support services to provide an electronic care planning system (CPS) and an interoperability infrastructure to facilitate the CPS.

The primary goal is to improve the care that is provided to people who are resident in our 4 care homes. The system is expected to achieve this through more integrated and efficient working of staff and services involved in care, and greater involvement of the residents and their families through access to the system.

PCC are inviting potential providers to participate in a marker consultation exercise to assist us in refining our requirements which will enable us to conduct a full tender in order to select a supplier.
