The project involves the redevelopment of three key sites in New Ferry Town Centre. This based on a regeneration delivery plan and a preferred development option that has been endorsed by the Council. It will involve the disposal of land to a preferred developer/development partner and the payment of development grant to assist with the redevelopment were appropriate.
