Occupational Health Services including Health Surveillance

mhs home group require prospective suppliers to provide Occupational Health Services including Health Surveillance. The scope of the services includes but is not limited to: on-site (face to face), virtual, or phone occupational health support (to be delivered by a qualified Occupational Health professional), for 1 day per month (7 working hours). This will include:

• a)Management referrals for ill-health issues, including sickness absence, as required.
• b)Rehabilitation guidance following illness and / or injury, as required.
• c)Support with the management of ill-health early retirement applications, as required.

• f)Information and advice on matters including disability-related medical conditions, as required.
• g)Health promotion (including manual handling advice, promoting good health, and so on), as required.
• h)Advice on Policy development relating to Health matters, as required.
• i)Referrals to other health services, as required.

On-site Health Surveillance support (including recalls) - delivered by a qualified Occupational Health professional.

This will be for 4 days per annum (i.e. 28 hours), plus additional support as required. This will consist of Noise and Vibration assessments, as well as Respiratory / Skin assessments as required.

The contract will be let for two (2) years with a possible extension of one (1) year.

Estimated value of the full contract over the initial 2 years plus potential 1-year extension is £54,000 inc. VAT. Bidders should note that this is an "up to" value and not a guaranteed level of spend.
