GB-Norwich: PLACE - Remedial Works

Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust (NCHC) is an NHS Community Trust providing services to a population of nearly 1.5 million people across Norfolk and Suffolk. NCHC is one of the largest providers of community health and care services in the NHS. Our aim is to constantly improve our patients' lives by providing them with the best care, close to where they live.

NCHC is currently inviting tenders, from suitably qualified companies and experienced contractors to contract for remedial works required as part of Patient Lead Assessments of Care Environments (PLACE).

The works includes signage, door edge protection in clinical areas, remedials including floor repairs, painting, door repairs, replacement floors and doors, accessible W/C refurbishment and replacement of fixtures.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
