Provision of Restorative Justice Services

Derby City Council is inviting tenders for the provision of a complete Restorative Justice Services for Derby Youth Offending Service. This will include:

It is expected that the Service Provider will provide a maximum of 3,500 hours of Reparation per annum for approximately 200 individuals, and full Victim Liaison work for up to 400 cases per annum across the city of Derby.

The successful service provider will have achieved the externally recognised Restorative Service Quality Mark (RSQM).

The initial contract term is for one year with the option to extend by 48 months in annual increments.

The value of the contract is 119844GBP per annum, a maximum of 599220GBP over the potential five year term.
