Agency Services for the Disposal of South Section Beach Road Car Park

BCP Council require the services of a firm of Chartered Surveyors and/or Property Consultants providing residential estate agency services to produce an initial comprehensive report with advice and recommendations for marketing the site for residential development, taking account of the council's responsibility to achieve best consideration, in accordance with section 123 of the Local Government Act 1972, and thereafter to set up a data room for potential bidders and market the site in accordance with the council's instructions.
