Continuous Evaluation of DRIVE Project

Norfolk County Council (NCC) are seeking to award a contract for continuous evaluation of the DRIVE programme over the grant funding period from November 2021 to March 2023 to enable the project to feed results back into the project for continuous learning and project development and to ensure projected outputs and results are achieved.

• oThe Council will not consider any late responses to this Invitation to Quote nor will it consider requests for extension of the time or date fixed for the submission of responses. It may, however, in its own absolute discretion extend the time or date fixed for submission and in such circumstances the Council will notify all Suppliers of any change.
