CHL is seeking to appoint an Employers Agent to administer the Development Agreement for approximately 177 affordable homes being delivered by Joint Venture Company Merton Catalyst LLP. This role's responsibilities only relate to the delivery of the affordable homes and the Development Agreement under which they will be delivered.
