Integrated Wellbeing Core Team

Middlesbrough Council is looking for a suitably qualified provider to coordinate the management of wellness services with a new integrated wellness service.

The wellness services will include Healthy lifestyle services: smoking cessation, nutritional advice, healthy mind advice, physical activity, sensible drinking advice, health literacy and skills; — Self-care and independent living: self-care/conditions management, affordable warmth, care and repair, equipment, aids and adoptions, advocacy; — Families and early years support: healthy pregnancy, breastfeeding, parenting support; — Work, learning and skills: occupational health, employment support, volunteering, education and learning, health literacy; — Health protection and personal safety: substance misuse, dental health promotion, sexual health, violence prevention; — Community development and leisure: arts and cultural, leisure services, community events/training, health walks, cook and eat; — Welfare: housing advice and homelessness, debt advice, welfare rights.
