Brief description:

The Community Social Worker Team are looking for Social Workers who have experience of working with adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and complex needs. They need to have knowledge and practice experience of legislation pertinent to adult social care including, skills of assessment and support plan process in accordance to a strengths/asset's-based approach. Experience of partnership working with providers, families, health professionals and advocates. This role is 37 hours per week and to start asap for 12 weeks. We need to recruit for 3:5 agency social worker within the Oldbury/Smethwick area. Can you please source agency social workers for the following: Position 1: 2x full time social worker for the Oldbury Town Position2: 1x full time and 1x 0:5 (18:5) for the Smethwick Town. At present we are homeworking but there is an expectation that staff have to complete visits to complete assessments. Rate of pay will be up to £32.00 per hour, CVs required urgently please. Interviews to take place ASAP. An Enhanced Adults Barring DBS is required. Successful candidates must be fully Covid vaccinated. For further information please see JD and PS.
