Heat Emitter Replacement. Works as described within appended Mechanical Specification and drawings; overview of works below:
| • | Replacement of the existing underground heating pipework within the main building |
| • | Installation of new radiators |
| • | Modifications to the existing heating flow and return headers in the plant room |
| • | Upgrading of the existing site gas supply and meters via a specialist sub contractor. |
