North Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust would like to invite you to bid for the provision of a Fully Managed Soft Facilities Management Service.
The Contractor shall provide a Managed Service for a range of services, including but not limited to the following:
Managed Service and Key Performance Indicators (KPi's)
Catering Service Domestic Service Portering Service Security and Maintenance Service Car Parking Service Waste services Pest control & prevention Service Internal window cleaning Service Nurse Uniform Management Service Helpdesk and Switchboard Service
within Public Buildings and Healthcare environments.
The Managed Service shall be provided 24 hours per day, 365(6) days per year and applies to all areas of the Site(s), as defined in the specification documents.
