LPS PH - Lancashire including Blackburn with Darwen Dental Epidemiology Service - RFQ 13611304

The service will undertake epidemiology activity to enable accurate collation of dental data for submission to the Public Health England Dental Public Health Intelligence Programme (DPHIP), as part of the public health outcomes framework.

The Service as a whole will co-ordinate and undertake the fieldwork in each of the 12 districts of Lancashire County Council which include Lancaster, Fylde & Wyre, Preston, Chorley, South Ribble and West Lancashire and Burnley, Hyndburn, Pendle, Ribble Valley and Rossendale and the 1 district of Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, for the DPHIP surveys in line with the DPHIP survey programme and in accordance with the survey protocol and timescales. The Service is being offered in Lots:

Lot 1 North (Lancaster, Fylde & Wyre);

Lot 2 Central (Preston, Chorley, South Ribble, West Lancashire); Lot 3 East (Blackburn with Darwen, Burnley, Hyndburn, Pendle, Ribble Valley, Rossendale)

Contract End Date: 30/09/2019, with an option to extend until 30/09/2020.

Contract Value: The Annual Contract Value will be in the range £110,500 - £117,000; and the Total Contract Value will be in the range £442,000 - £468,000.
