To provide a professional window cleaning service ensuring key elements are part of the service in points below. We have key parts of the year that the service must take place during august-September and graduations in Spring and summer. Throughout the year there will be areas that are required also.
| • | Reach and wash to all lower buildings |
| • | Internal and external cleans |
| • | Abseiling from high rise buildings Annually |
| • | Emergency cleans |
| • | All team trained |
| • | All the team must be inducted with our Soterweb system |
| • | RAMS provided for each clean prior to commencement of work |
| • | All waste must be disposed of, and areas kept clean |
| • | Supervisor as a point of contact while on site |
| • | Available to audit areas with a member of the management team after works completed |
| • | Excellent customer service |
| • | Able to provide a contract cleaning service as required for AD HOC works (such as vent cleaning and high level) |
| • | Vehicle information must be provided prior each works for the campus safety team |
| • | Flexibility to carry out works |
| • | Consistency of teams to learn the site and not keep changing team every time they come to site. |
