description
HS2 are looking to commission an Independent Assessor to survey and assess a representative sample of properties in relation to noise effects during the construction of HS2 London Euston Station. The key competences required will be :-
| • | Technical understanding of domestic ventilation systems, membership of HVCA and/or NICEIC desirable; |
| • | Be an Approved Inspector on the Construction Industry Council (CIC) register; |
| • | Demonstrable experience of specifying and assessing ventilation systems in compliance with Building Regulations, membership of CIBSE or IMechE desirable; |
| • | Demonstrable experience of undertaking Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) assessments, membership of CIEH desirable. |
| • | Be HHSRS Competency Qualified; |
| • | Demonstrable experience in, and ability to undertake, SAP Appendix P Calculations as per Part L1A – of the Building Regulations; and |
| • | Experience of advising clients and analytical report writing. |
