The scope of works will cover complete replacement of the York Chiller including:
| 1. | Preliminary works and capacity studies |
| 2. | Isolation, removal and disposal of existing unit |
| 3. | Modification and/or replacement of valves & pipework |
| 4. | Modification and replacement of external shuttering |
| 5. | Supply and installation of new chiller unit |
| 6. | Commissioning works |
| 7. | BMS connections |
| 8. | Transport and special handling equipment |
| 9. | Demonstration to MKUH Estates staff and provision of full set of O&M manuals |
| 10. | Any other works not listed above (please state). |
