WCC - Mental Health Helpline

Our aim is for a Mental Health Helpline across Coventry and Warwickshire available to support and enable people with mental health conditions to independently seek support, advice and information instantly on a wide range of issues. The service through appropriately skilled individuals aims to enhance well-being and peace of mind as well as avoid potential admissions into primary and secondary services.

The service will be available on a Freephone telephone number, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Provider would be expected to offer on-line support through social media/technology.

Additional information: Warwickshire County Council will be using its e-tendering system (CSW-JETS) for the administration of this procurement process.
