The design and construction of a new single storey clubhouse for Bessingby Rangers Football Club at the Field End Recreation Ground, Yeading Avenue, Harrow, HA2 9RH. The works are as set out in detail in the tender documentation and drawings. The works include for the demolition of the existing clubhouse and for the construction of a new macadam car park and access road.
