East Lancashire (Daneshouse) APMS - Request for Information

North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) is working for and on behalf of NHS England (Lancashire & South Cumbria) and NHS East Lancashire CCG. This RFI process is being undertaken to engage with the market in order to inform the further development of draft proposals of the future service delivery of East Lancashire Daneshouse practice. The services were delivered from Daneshouse Medical Centre, BB10 1LZ. This is no longer available. Providers will be required to give consideration to a premises solution for the registered population. Please beware that the RFI documentation will be available on the Proactis portal from 02 November 2018 and the deadline for RFI responses is 12 noon on 16 November 2018. As part of the market engagement exercise NHS England (Lancashire & South Cumbria) and NHS East Lancashire CCG may invite potential providers to 1 2 1 sessions week commencing 26 November 2018.
