Provision of Fundraising Software (with the option for supply of Hardware Devices)

The British Red Cross Society "Red Cross" is a humanitarian organisation that refuses to ignore people in crisis, whoever and wherever they are. We enable vulnerable people at home and overseas to prepare for and respond to emergencies in their own communities and when the crisis is over, we help people recover and move on with their lives.

Red Cross wishes to establish a Contract with a suitably experienced, qualified and resourced Supplier for the provision of Fundraising Software that will be utilised by Red Cross' in-house, face-to-face fundraisers to sign up new regular donors. This Fundraising Software will be require to be compatible with Hardware (anticipated to be tablet devices and associated consumables) and the Supplier will be required to either recommend compatible devices that Red Cross shall purchase out with this agreement or provide the option to supply and deliver these Hardware devices.

The Services (and where applicable Goods) required under this Contract include, but are not limited to:

• Provision of Fundraising Software;
• Recommendation on compatible Hardware, with the option for the supply and delivery of Hardware devices (tablets and associated consumables);
• Integration and testing;
• Project management and implementation;
• Provision of on-going maintenance and support;
• Provision of formal training;
• Dedicated account management;
• Provision of support services (customer and technical; and
• Any additional ancillary services.
