Market Engagement Community Pain and Musculo Skeletal (MSK) Services for Surrey Heath CCG

This Market Engagement is to provide information to suppliers of these services to shape options for the future of the service within the CCG. The CCG is considering, after both public and patient engagement, how suppliers can assist in shaping future changes to the service to centre more on patient expectations of timely, accessible and seamless services. There may also be gaps and/or innovation that could be reviewed/investigated as part of the engagement process.

Our current services include a Community Pain Service, which is designed to manage patients with chronic pain conditions.

An Enhanced Community Orthopaedic Management Service which is tailored to those patients where routine general practice and physiotherapy has not provided the necessary improvement in symptoms.

Community Physiotherapy for routine biomechanical issues which have failed to resolve through General Practice interventions.

NHS Trusts, Healthcare Specialist Suppliers, Primary Care Providers e.g. General Practice/s, Independent Health Care Providers e.g. Physiotherapists
