Portsmouth City Council, 'the Authority', is inviting quotes from suitably experienced and / or qualified suppliers to deliver a comprehensive implementation of Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE).
Potential suppliers will have the opportunity to gather additional information for clarification purposes in a session open to all bidders in the afternoon of Tuesday 21st June 2016 at the Civic Office, Portsmouth.
