GB-Liverpool: Horizons Innovation Leadership Programme

You are invited to take part in this Open Procedure to support the facilitation of the University's Innovation Leadership Programme, that will take place across January - March 2025. This project is funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund with the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority as the lead authority. Any resulting contract will be subject to the attached Terms and Conditions in Schedule E.

The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
