GB-Sheffield: Operational Review Service

The British Business Bank is seeking a service provider to perform operational reviews (the “Operational Review Service Provider”) of prospective delivery partners under the ENABLE Guarantee programme and the ENABLE Funding programme. The review should ideally be in line with standard rating agency practices forming part of a rating process, and should cover at least the following:

•business organisation;

•SME origination and underwriting processes;

•internal rating systems and measurement of defaults and recoveries; •portfolio management and servicing;

•work-out processes;

•governance and internal controls.

This is a 3 year contract opportunity and will commence at a mutually agreeable date in July 2016.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
