17-082: Independent Persons Service for Independent Complaints

The scope of this contract is for the provision of an Independent Persons Service for those complaints which are subject to consideration in line with the Local Authority's statutory duties under The Children Act 1989 Representations Procedure (England) Regulations 2006.

Additional information: The contract will be for 3 years with an option to extend by up to a further 3 years in any combination of extension periods e.g. a further three years in one extension, two years and then a further years extension etc. This will be dependent on the offers available at contract reviews.
