Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is looking to appoint a contractor to undertake extension and refurbishment of selected areas of ward F1 Paediatric and Teenage Unit to the first floor of Frimley Park Hospital. The ward will remain operational throughout construction works hence participation contractor have to have:

experience and be able adhered to the hospital’s strict infection control requirements.
dustproof/acoustic segregation within working hospital wards

Demonstrate experience in working within 'live' hospitals environments to enable phasing and careful sequencing of construction activities.

All contractors working for or on behalf of the Trust will be required to obtain a standard or enhanced disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) .
