Works to extend the existing village (community) hall by the addition of a new entrance and hallway providing full disabled access. The extension will also include provision of new male, female and disabled toilet facilities.
The extension work will include roofing and external cladding.
All values and dates provided in this Notice are estimates.
Additional information: It is hoped to issue a full 'invitation to tender' with the next 3 months.
Funding is currently being sought to allow this project to proceed.
