Overview of works:
-Demolition and strip out of recent (non original) partitions forming previous office layout.
-Strip out existing Mechanical and Electrical services including in roof space and voids.
-New boiler and some renewal / modifications to the existing heating system are proposed.
-Complete new electrics and data cabling.
-Erection of new partitions and complete refurbishment throughout the building.1 No.Door widened and proposed wheelchair access ramps external and internally. -Part retention / Part new suspended ceilings.
