This support will provide Local Planning Authorities (LPAs) with an assessment of the suitability and effectiveness of their processes and approach to meeting the Duty to Cooperate as part of the process of delivering the production/review/update of their Local Plan.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
