HQIP invites expressions of interest from suitable providers who are able to provide a National Retrospective Case Record Review Programme. This contract opportunity is being offered in 2 Lots as follows: Lot 1: National Retrospective Case Record Review Programme and Lot 2: National Programme to use Retrospective Case Record Review to estimate the proportion of hospital deaths due to problems in care in English acute NHS Trusts. Bidders may submit for 1 or more of those Lots. The contract value for the full 5 year term for Lot 1, which includes a possible 2 year extension is between £1,124,500 and £1,737,500 GBP excluding VAT. However, the contract for Lot 1 is being offered for three years initially with a maximum budget of £1,124,500 GBP available and bids exceeding this limit may be rejected. The contract value for the full 5 year term for Lot 2 is between £1,015,500 and £1,692,500 GBP excluding VAT. However, the contract for Lot 2 is being offered for three years initially with a maximum budget of £1,015,500 GBP excluding VAT available and bids exceeding this limit may be rejected.
