Browne Jacobson produced a precedent Grant Funding Agreement (GFA) template for the Integrated Settlement programme and were appointed using a Stakeholder Led (under £10k) one quote exercise. The WMCA now requires additional GFA templates to be produced which will be used (inter-alia) in the following circumstances-
| I. | Inter-authority GFA for WMCA to pass funding onto local authorities in the context of Integrated Settlement arrangements. |
| II. | Third party GFA for WMCA to pass funding onto third parties. |
| III. | Third sector Grant Letter for WMCA to pass small grants onto voluntary sector organisations and charities. |
