Guildford Borough Council anticipates it will require a contractor to carry out works to form the new SANG on the existing Burpham Court Farm Site. The key elements of works include:
| 1. | Possible Development of RIBA stage 2 level design. |
| 2. | 2.6km of footpath, cycleway and boardwalks to create a walking route |
| 3. | New 32 space car park with cycle parking and access road from Clay Lane and pedestrian crossing across Clay Lane to connect walking route |
| 4. | Landscaping and earthworks to create Ecological wintering bird nesting scrapes, visual and noise bunds, flood compensation areas and biodiversity net gain features |
The estimated budget range is £1.75m to 2.25m (subject to change)
The purpose of this engagement is to gain feedback from potential suppliers on the best route to market via one to one sessions.
