High Borrans Window Repair and Replacement 2022

The Authority requires a suitably qualified Principal Contractor to carry out repairs and replacement of Windows at High Borrans in Cumbria. The successful Bidder will be acting in the capacity of Principal Contractor. The tender opportunity is being presented as 1 of 2 options for the remediation and replacement of the properties windows. Following tender submissions, after evaluation, the Authority's client will make the commercial decision on how to proceed based upon the results of the evaluation and which of those represent best value to the organisation both in terms of capital costs and lifecycle costs including being subject to planning permission.

Contract Duration - The Contract is due to commence in July, the work is due to be completed before the 31st August 2022. The Authority will work with the successful Contractor to agree the final dates.
