Expression of Interest for the provision of a minimum of 32 and maximum of 36 residential beds for use in providing personal care.
Accommodation and food only - no care staffing requirement, as this will be provided by Bury Council.
For a period of 12 months.
The premises should be able meet all Care Quality Commission requirements and be located in the Bury area.
