Birmingham City Council are inviting tenderers for the provision of a framework agreement for a supplementary fixed penalty notice enforcement service for a period of 4 years commencing 1st September 2017.
The successful contractor will be expected to provide a back office system that handles the recording of fixed penalty notices, receives payments and is accessible by Birmingham City Council to produce statistics and monitor performance. The back office system must include ;
- on-street electronic FPNs which are recorded automatically
- be capable of receiving payments must include as a minimum Paypoint (or equivalent), telephone and internet payments.
- Must produce prosecution reports from the data entered on the street (to minimise administration time).
BCC will be using its e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this procurement process and providers must register with the system to be able to express an interest.
