description

The Aquifer Partnership (TAP) is seeking to commission construction of our 'SuDS in Schools' project at Carden Primary School, Brighton. This project will create wetland basins and a pond in a fenced section of the school playing field as detailed in the attached design documents.

The contract will commence on 14th February 2022 and it is hoped that the scheme will be complete by 31st March 2022. We are not in a position to negotiate on start date, however if there are reasonable grounds for the project to run into April this could be accommodated.

Metis Consultants Ltd are the appointed design consultants for this project and will be the contract managers.

The budget for construction is up to £70,000.

We are seeking a company with high attention to detail and commitment to delivering a gold-standard exemplar project. We would like to work with a company that shares our ethos, and enthusiasm to create an inspirational project that will stimulate the development of more SuDS in the local area.

We will offer a site visit for tenderers on Monday 22nd November 2021. A mutually convenient time will be arranged.

The SuDS in Schools project is managed by TAP on behalf of Carden Primary School, and is funded by the South Downs National Park Authority, Environment Agency and Department for Education.
